An Enlightening Read for Self-Healing!I had no idea what Dialectical Behaviour Therapy was before reading this book。 The author touches on so many areas of emotional distress and remedies within our power to help heal ourselves。 My favorite topic was mindfulness, which is talked about throughout the book。 I also learned a lot about various situations in which to set healthy boundaries in relationships, and even with ourselves! will refer to this book again and again!
